Very Belated Update (S.P, Vacation, Reviews, etc)

Sorry I forgot all about you guys.  My senior project was a success.  3 chapters of amazing drawings.  Fully colored cover page.  I even made a little dedication page.  I should work on putting the book on my computer and making another page so you guys can see it.  Knowing me i'll probably get right on that....in 8 months :p

On another note, I just got back from visiting my family in Washington a couple weeks ago.  It was fun.  We went hiking, cruised the market in Seattle where I bought an ocarina, had an awesome family dinner, and got to meet lots of new people.  Visiting them made me wanna move over there.  But I should save money first.  I think that's my problem.  I have billions of goals but I don't really do alot to get to them :/ I should work on that..

The 3DS is awesome.  It allows you to have the option of playing games in 3D.  I have to admit it did take a while for me to get used to the 3D game play.  It didn't seem natural since I spent years playing video games in 2D.  My eyes would burn after 5 minutes and my head would start aching within 10.  But I got into the habit of switching it to 3D during cut-scenes and switching it back to 2D during actual game play.  And after a while I got used to it.  The 3DS also has a bunch of menu features including 3D camera,  recording sounds,  a Mii maker similar to the Mii channel on the Wii, a nintendo shop which requires internet connection, and even a new feature called AR games.  Its kind of hard to explain how that works but basically you can play games with your immediate environment as a background.  Understand? Me neither.

Senior stuff.

Ahhh!! Sorry I havent been on my blog that much!  I've been preoccupied trying to blaze my senior project! And I'm inking it now so it looks more better.  I'm still thinking of a name for it though.  It's a comic book about the lives and dramas of cats that turn into people. What am I supposed to call that??  There is no action yet..its kinda boring right now but I have a small action scene in mind where one of the cats gets in a fight with a neighbor.  I'm not at that part yet.  That will probably be in the 3rd chapter. In the second chapter, you will meet a new character and that will be like the beginning of friendships that span past the immediate family and the dramas that involve not just one of the family but all of them. 

Okay so maybe my comic is not gonna be awesome and action packed like most good mangas.  But its still a work in progress; I'm not sure where its gonna be going yet.  But its not gonna be a romantic book.  I'm working on comedy.  Well, not like obviously comedic but like the funny stuff is gonna be in the background. 

The trimester is almost over so I have to do another student led conference.  It's mostly gonna be a presentation on my Legacy Project.  Because I dont have any classes. 

I even changed the style of the blog! Instead of being so boring and seemingly work-related with all the straight letters and the matrixy background, its bright and happy! At least thats the feeling I get when I look at it. 

Is there anything else I wanted to say?? I cant remember..but yesterday, I was heelying and I'm getting pretty good! I dont wanna brag or anything but I am great at it.  It took a lot of practice but I can balance and start heelying without hanging on to anything.  No I wanna teach myself to heely backwards.  That sounds fun.

Chapter 2 of my comic is still a work in progress.  I want the drawings to be perfect so there is a lot of erasing involved.  But it's getting there! Slowly and steadily. 

Looking for a place to go to college! I'm not sure where I wanna go yet.  All I want to do is to get off this island.  I'm interested in 3D Animation so I'm looking for a place that focuses on technology and stuff.  I'm also interested in movie making.  Last semester, my friend had the college class ENG 204: Creative Writing.  Her final project was a short movie, a skit about facebook addiction.  I was in charge of filming and editting while she played both parts of director and actor!! I think it turned out really well! Maybe if she lets me, I will upload it to Youtube and share the link with you.  Anyway, thats what got me interested in movie making.  We didnt have the best resources.  We only had a few flip cameras and imovie on the mac.  I think it may have been better if we had some tripods; maybe used more than one camera at the same time in different areas to make it look more proffesional if you know what I'm trying to say.  But it was still a really good movie and I am proud of it and my friend for direction it so well. 

Also,  completely unrelated to school or anything but you should totally check out this guy on YouTube.  He is amazing! And I wouldnt be surprised if you had heard of him before.  But I'm just advertising for him because he is so AWESOME!

I need improvement

So as I looked through my older posts and I think I haven't been describing things as well as I would have liked to.  So I'm gonna try harder to say exactly what I mean and what I did from now on!

Break is over!!!!

Not been on my blog because I haven't really been doing work..mostly sleeping.  But now that break is coming to a close, I'll be on more often.  Also I dont think I will be able to get into the college class that I wanted.  I may have been to late when signing up.  But if I make it in I will definitely say so!! :D

Ever heard the word "Procrastination?"

I am SO sorry for not getting anything done!!!  I mean I have been getting stuff done but I have just been neglecting my blog.  Almost finished with my Legacy.  I will probably post it up here soon.  Also check out my deviantart account.  I will probably be putting up all my pictures on there.  Theres already a sneak peek  of my legacy project on there.  So yeah thats the update so far! I cant wait until winter break!! I mean, I will be doing work during break and not partying... haha
